INDIVIDUALIZED HOME SUPPORTS
We help clients develop skills for greater independence while promoting meaningful relationships at home and in the communities in which they live. Our individualized home support professionals foster growth in Community participation, Health, safety and wellness, Household management, and Adaptive skills.

24 HOUR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
Our trained emergency response team provides peace of mind to clients and families through our around-the-clock emergency
support and assistance. Whether you need an immediate over-the-phone crisis intervention, or an in-person and hands on intervention, our response team is always available.

Community Residential services
BrightPath provides Community Residential Services (CRS) in licensed homes for adults and children with extraordinary needs. Each setting offers 24/7 staff support, personalized care, and skill-building based on individualized support plans—all delivered by trained professionals committed to helping each person thrive.
Crisis Respite
Our crisis respite services provide short-term behavioral or medical intervention services to protect the person or others living with them and provide relief and support to the caregiver. Provided by staff who are specially trained in crisis prevention, intervention and resolution.

INTENSIVE SUPPORT SERVICES
We customize tailored supports aimed to meet the behavioral and habilitation needs of people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) as well as Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).Our dedicated team of staff consists of a skilled group of Behavioral Technicians with a similar level of experience as Qualified Developmental Disability Professionals (QDDPs) and Mental Health Practitioners.
