BrightPath is a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing person-centered, data-driven services to people with adversities. 

BrightPath was established to enable individuals the freedom to pursue joy by providing quality home and community based services for vulnerable adults, minors, and individuals with adversities.

Our qualified staff are trained to work with individuals needing a wide range of supports and services, from basic to intensive. We pride ourselves on the person-centered care we provide, by embracing, supporting, and honoring each person’s individuality. We emphasize the benefit of self-determination so that each individual we support can maximize their independence in a setting of their choice that is integrated in the community.
